1-2 appointees will be appointed at the February 5, 2025 at the Public Board meeting
PURPOSE: To determine projects with administration using Sinking Fund dollars.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Committee will review recommended project(s) staff bring forward and determine (by vote) approval to move forward. If/when approved by the Committee, a recommendation will be placed on the Board of Education meeting agenda for Board approval. The Committee will follow the progress of the project(s). The Committee will monitor the budget provided by staff.
The chairperson is responsible for committee agendas, presiding over meetings, and providing minutes to the full Board. The chair will report on agenda items to the full Board, including background information. The chair will ensure that full committee endorsement is adhered to before reporting to the Board.
